KEITH BORON
President/CEO
Keith is responsible for managing the overall operations and resources at Riggio/Boron Ltd. He has more than 35 years of experience in the restoration industry and has overseen more than 1,250 projects. Keith is called upon to use his industry knowledge to innovate new approaches to restoration that provide the best cost and time savings for our clients while still managing our strict work quality and safety standards. His proficiency in project management and hands on approach for each and every project has given Riggio/Boron Ltd. its competitive edge over other restoration companies. Keith is a long time member of the Sealant Waterproofing Restoration Institute.
JEREMY JOHNSON
Vice-President – Masonry Division
Jeremy is responsible for overseeing Riggio/Boron’s masonry operations. Jeremy works directly with our clients and provides the most cost effective means and methods to ensure all projects are completed within budget and on time. Jeremy has over 28 years of experience in the masonry industry and has been involved in the management and operations of over $100 million of restoration projects. Jeremy carries a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University.
MATTHEW SCHULZ
Head of Architectural Services
Matt offers architectural and quality control services for Riggio/Boron Ltd. clients. When contracted by our clients, Matt performs building inspections and provides observations on the building’s critical or maintenance issues. Through his architectural expertise and hands-on field experience, Matt can provide a report which includes recommendations on how best to address immediate concerns or on-going proactive maintenance, including project pricing. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Wisconsin and he also pursued his Master’s degree at the same institution. He comes to Riggio/Boron with over 30 years experience in project management, consulting, system design and fabrication. Matt was involved in the development and detailing of a variety of exterior wall systems for projects in the U.S. and overseas. Matt is active in the Building Enclosure Council (BEC) and the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).
