- Removed and replaced window frame perimeter sealants
- Repainted window frames
- Stained concrete spandrel panels
- Removed and replaced limestone sealant as needed
- Cleaned entire façade
- Performed water tests on the façade
- Provided a report on the existing condition of the façade
